Your Meet-up should be something that you are passionate about. Think about the “W’s” (who, what, when, where, why, and how (not a W)). Once you fill up the Meet-up host form, you will be contacted to confirm all the details of your Meet-up. You’ll fill out a simple and easy background check and waiver. Finally, we’ll provide you resources to guide you through the before, during, and after of your Meet-up with our Host Kit.

Let’s work together to get people to be a part of your Meet-up. Invite anyone you know at Open Life to be a part of your Meet-up. Your Meet-up will be listed publicly through links found on OpenLife.church/NextSteps, and we will promote any Meet-ups occurring through a variety of online communication as well as live announcements Sunday mornings at Open Life.

You’ll remind those that have chosen to sign up for your Meet-up of any pertinent details leading up to the Meet-up. (waivers?, costs, where you’ll meet, etc.)

You can use the email follow-up template included in your Host Kit to thank people for participating, collect any photos and video, and hear about their experience. From there, you can invite them to future Meet-ups, invite them to be a part of your group (if you’re a part of one), and encourage them to connect with you on Sunday at Open Life.
