HAVE KIDS?

When you enter you can check the kids in so they are ready when invited to make their way to the kid’s service.  Families will be together in the auditorium for worship. After that, those with Nursery through Elementary age kids can dismiss them to their designated spaces for age-appropriate fun and Bible teaching.

If your kids make noise during the worship service, that is ok (kids do that, the pressure is off), we’re just so excited that your family will be joining us at Open Life.

It’s simple…just follow the a-frame signs from 410 to find our service in the Bonney Lake High School Performing Arts Center (it’s on the back side where the football field is located).

OPEN LIFE BONNEY LAKE | Bonney Lake High School

Open Life in Bonney Lake meets every Sunday at 10 am at Bonney Lake High School in the Performing Arts Center. Look for the green signs with white arrows and the Open Life logo and you will find your way from either of the school entrances just fine. Follow the friendly people from there.

We have the service on TV’s in the lobby for those who have babies that couldn’t quite make it through the service in the auditorium.

 

what is a service like?

MUSIC

We will spend some time preparing our hearts by connecting with God through worship.

HELLO

Someone will come up to pray and say hi.

THE TALK

A pastor will deliver an encouraging message pointing us to Jesus with the truths we find in scripture.

FINISH

We’ll respond with a time of prayer and worship reflecting on how God may be speaking to us. Afterward, we’ll close with some final thoughts and the service will be finished.

70 Minutes

In total, after just over an hour, the service is over. You will have connected with God, but now is the time to connect with each other. If you only do one or the other (connecting with God or connecting with each other), you’re missing out on a key aspect of what Open Life is all about.

Open Life is 12 years old, you can read the full story HERE. A young church with deep roots across multiple communities. Our understanding of the Jesus mission is uncomplicated, people leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus. The role of the church is not to complicate your life with empty rituals, but un-complicate your life through connecting, serving and sharing our lives with God and each other. We know that going to a new place can be intimidating and scary, kinda like a first date, but don’t worry, there are tons of people who are new here and are experiencing the same emotions you are.
